About the writer

As a kid, JB Stoan told her brother bedtime stories so he would fall asleep. The years passed. She grew up. At university, she took as many creative writing courses as she could… but the magic of words couldn’t pay the rent.

Trading novels for emails, JB found a job in an office and stopped telling stories – but she still dreamed about writing. In the stolen moments before the workday began, during long-haul flights, and weekends writing in cafés, new ideas slowly crept onto the page.

JB has finished two novel-length manuscripts and is currently exploring routes to publication.
